Just a quick post today with a fun spring/Easter treat. By simply coloring coconut green and sprinkling on the top of a frosted cupcake, then adding candy eggs (cadbury, chocolate candy coated or jelly beans) you can create a cute spring nest.
This has been a favorite treat of mine since I was a child and my Mom use to make these for me to bring to school for my birthday.
